經網上商店購買的 FirstBIKE 商品會由指定物流公司於星期一至六辦公時間內運送。香港地區一般約需2至3個工作天、澳門地區約需4至5個工作天送到府上。如收貨地址為一般香港​地區，送貨服務是免收運送費用 (只適用於訂購平衡車或購物滿 HK$400)，但偏遠地區可能有所不同。如需額外收取運送費用，我們會通知您，得到同意後才安排送貨。若送貨安排期間緊迫，運送時間有機會延緩。

We offer door-to-door delivery service in various location via Courier or Post Office FREE OF CHARGE! (applicable to purchase balance bike or order over $400 and within Hong Kong only). Delivery time normally takes 3 working days in Hong Kong area and 5 working days for Macau area, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Weather and public holidays may also cause delays. There may be additional shipping costs for extended area.
